Sunday, August 10 at 10 am CDT

Bemidji bRUNch Sunday, August 10 at 10 am, Lake Bemidij State Park. This event is free, but a state park vehicle pass is required. Gather for a one-hour run on dirt or paved trail followed by healthy muffins, smoothies, & mocktails. RSVP required by Aug. 8. 

By participating in this free fun run, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own risk.
